The following protocols establish the binding legal standards for all agents operating within the Xyphla SPA ecosystem. Professional compliance is mandatory for platform access.
Definitions
Xyphla Engine The core technical architecture and all associated digital infrastructure.
Active Agent Any vetted professional operating within the SPA directory.
Strategic Scope
Xyphla SPA bridges enterprise-grade clients with Xyphla's specialized digital service suite via a meritocratic referral network.
Eligibility
• Be legally permitted to use online services in your region.
• Provide accurate, verifiable personal and business metadata.
Account Security
Agents maintain absolute responsibility for credential confidentiality and all activities occurring under their unique platform ID.
Lead Integrity
Submission primacy is absolute. Duplicate entries are automatically invalidated based on system timestamps and intent validation.
Settlement Flow
Commissions are finalized upon full project settlement. A 180-day clawback window applies to fraudulent engagements.
Gamification
XP (Experience Points) represent engagement. XP has zero monetary value, is non-transferable, and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Academy System
Agents must complete mandatory educational modules to maintain access to high-tier referral verticals and system tools.
Anti-Spam
Automated monitoring triggers account cooldowns or permanent bans for high-volume spam or metadata manipulation.
Modifications
Xyphla reserves the right to adjust protocols, commission rates, and XP rewards at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Termination
Xyphla may terminate account access instantly for protocol violations, inactive status (>12 months), or professional misconduct.
IP Rights
All platform assets, code, branding, and training materials are the exclusive property of Xyphla Solutions.
Limitation of Liability
Xyphla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the platform use, project delays, or referral rejections.
