Xyphla SPA operates exclusively as a performance-based referral ecosystem. We bridge enterprise-grade clients with Xyphla's specialized digital service suite.
Xyphla Engine: The core technical architecture and all associated digital infrastructure.
Verified Yield: Financial commissions generated from successfully processed service engagements.
Non-Operational Declarations: The platform does not support or involve: Multi-Level Marketing (MLMs), Stock Trading, Investment Schemes, or Fixed Wage Employment.
2. Agent Eligibility & Responsibility
Agents must be of legal age to enter binding agreements in their jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any unauthorized access must be reported within 24 hours. You must provide accurate metadata during onboarding for verification.
3. Commission & Settlement Policy
- Tiered Rates: Commissions are based on your Agent Tier, currently capped at 10.0% for Delta (Elite) status.
- Settlement Flow: Commissions are finalized only upon full project settlement by the client.
- Clawback Window: The platform reserves a 180-day window to reclaim commissions if an engagement is later identified as fraudulent or high-risk.
- XP System: Experience Points represent performance and status; they have zero monetary value and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
4. Lead Integrity Protocol
All referrals must represent unique, verifiable business entities. Submission Primacy: In the event of duplicate entries, the system timestamp determines the primary agent. Spamming or submitting inorganic lead metadata will result in immediate protocol blacklisting.
5. Restricted Protocols (Zero Tolerance)
Engagement in any of the following activities results in instant account termination and forfeiture of all pending claims: Fake Metadata Injection, Inorganic Traffic Generation, Intent Manipulation, Brand Impersonation, Misleading ROI Claims, XP Engine Exploitation, Credential Harvesting, Automated Scraping, Cross-Account Linking.
6. Intellectual Property & Academy
All digital assets, technical documentation, and Academy materials remain the exclusive property of Xyphla. Agents must complete mandatory educational modules to maintain access to specialized service verticals.
7. Termination & Modifications
Xyphla reserves the right to adjust protocols, commission structures, and algorithms at any time. We may terminate account access for protocol violations or system abuse. Continued use of the platform constitutes binding acceptance of modified terms.
